By now many of you may have heard that we are tying the knot this fall in San Francisco! The wedding will take place on October 9th, 2004 — we are very excited and hope to share this experience with all of you, so please save the date!
Invitations will follow, but we wanted to send along some information that we thought would be helpful if you plan to attend. SF is a very popular destination and it's a great city to spend a weekend or a week. September and October are our warmer months, and the best time to visit, so there are often great 'summer' days to be enjoyed outside.
Because there are so many vastly different neighborhoods, and too much fun throughout the Bay Area for us to try and sum up (wine country, beaches, hiking, dining, Pier 39 seals, shopping, museums, Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge, the list goes on...), we thought we'd try to point you in some directions or provide some helpful resources on the following pages.
